Compliance
Compliance Services: We offer independent oversite and monitoring of Compliance Programs. We offer cost-effective solutions through Compliance as a Service (CaaS), a flexible pay-as-you-need subscription-based plan. In addition, we can provide Fractional Compliance Officer services. As a requirement, under The Affordable Care Act, there must be a compliance program.

Section 6401 of the Affordable Care Act provides that a “provider of medical or other items or services or supplier within a particular industry sector or category” shall establish a compliance program as a condition of enrollment in Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
